Wirral Hospitals set up donation points during summer for Wirral Foodbank

Trussell Trust report 1.6m food bank parcels given to people between April 2018 – March 2019
Wirral Foodbank provided 16,429 three day emergency food parcels to local people between April 2018 to March 2019. Of this number, 5,228 went to children. A 35% increase on the same period last year. Tesco, Heswall -1.7 tons of food collected
Thank you to all who donated so generously on 21st and 22nd September 2018 . We collected an amazing 1.7 tons of food. Thank you to those donated and the fantastic support from all the staff at Tesco., Heswall.
