Wirral Foodbank receives The Queen’s Award for Voluntary Service
Wirral Foodbank volunteers have been honoured with The Queen’s Award for Voluntary Service, the highest award a voluntary group can receive in the UK, equivalent to the MBE for volunteer groups. Press Release June 2021

Angela Eagle MP Visits The Foodbank
Watch when Angela visited Wirral Foodbank which has been open all through the lockdown, working with Wirral Council’s humanitarian hub to provide food to those who need it. Usually operating with 350 volunteers, the coronavirus outbreak meant that the foodbank only had about 80 volunteers who were able to help. WATCH VIDEO HERE
